Self Love Sunday 

Join us in the Glow Zone on the first Sunday of every month for some Soothing Self Care. We'll take you through some Slow Yoga Stretching, Peaceful Pilates and a Mindful Meditation. We finish up with a refreshing tea and coffee, a tasty treat or two and some chilled chats.

Our popular Guided Meditation course returns November 7th

As we welcome in the Winter Season and stressors can begin to soar, let's take time to breathe, relax and find our focus. A gentle meditation guiding you to a rested state and calm clarity.

Suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have enjoyed our previous courses.

Hatha is the practice of balancing the body & mind. Our beginners class is a beautiful flow of breath work, poses and posture; heating up the muscles and then slowly cooling the body

Vinyasa is the perfect way to enter into your evening flow, combining breath work, poses & postures, we ease your body & mind into the perfect nights bliss

Our Beginners class is perfect for those starting out, or starting back, at the practice. We focus on the basics of breathing, core engagement & pelvic stability.

An Open Level class is suited to those who have a few months of practice with Pilates - when you have the basics down and you're comfortable moving up to a smoother flow class.

Pilates Poppets

There are many known benefits to learning Pilates as a child. It can help with flexibility & co-ordination, muscle strength & focus and is especially beneficial to children who take part in sports or other physical activities such as dance. 

Our Pilates Poppets class is suitable for ages 8+ and is a fun & interactive way to get kids involved and excited about movement!
