Our classes can be booked individually or you can mix & match with a class pass!

Grab the gals and join us on the first Sunday of each month for some Yoga, Pilates and meditation. We then open the floor for some tea and chats.

Our popular Guided Meditation course returns February 27th

We finally welcome in Spring with a fresh mindset. Breathe, relax and refresh. A gentle meditation guiding you to a rested state and calm clarity.

Suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have enjoyed our previous courses.

Move through your pregnancy with confidence. Building strength and stamina in mind, body & soul.

Please note that this class is booked online but paid for in studio at the beginning of the course. If you have booked a space and are unable to attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of start date.

Beginners Yoga - Hatha

Hatha is the practice of balancing the body & mind. Our beginners class is a beautiful flow of breath work, poses and posture; heating up the muscles and then slowly cooling the body

Our Beginners class is perfect for those starting out, or starting back, at the practice. We focus on the basics of breathing, core engagement & pelvic stability.

Women Who Workout

A quick-fire exercise class just for women. You don't need to spend hours exercising to make it worthwhile! Give us a half an hour and we'll give you a full body workout that you'll really benefit from!
