All classes take place in our studio at Unit 25 Swords Plaza Village, Swords, Co Dublin. You can also take part at home with our live streamed ONLINE classes

Glow Guided Meditation 

Our popular 4-week Guided Meditation course returns!

Join us for a weekly 45-minute guided meditation, to relax the body & refocus the mind.

6-week Beginners Yoga 

Our 6-week Beginner Yoga course is the perfect way to improve flexibility, increase strength & focus the mind. Throughout the weeks, we explore breath work, relaxation techniques & learn to enjoy yoga poses & postures. 

This class is slow & steady, ideal for complete beginners and those new to Yoga practice.

6-week Beginners Pilates 

This 6-week course is the perfect introduction to Pilates. Over the weeks, we will  focus on learning the correct breathing techniques, and the basic Pilates exercises, at a nice slow pace.

Suitable for complete beginners, It will help to build your confidence to move onto the next level.

A more gentle approach to the practice of yoga, suitable for older adults or those with mobility issues.

Pilates Poppets

There are many known benefits to learning Pilates as a child. It can help with flexibility & co-ordination, muscle strength & focus and is especially beneficial to children who take part in sports or other physical activities such as dance. 

Our Pilates Poppets class is suitable for ages 8+ and is a fun & interactive way to get kids involved and excited about movement!
